It includes AI-powered job description analysis that extracts title, classification, sport, requirements, skills, and salary range in Arabic and English. Employers can manage applications through 8 stages: new, under review, interviewed, offer sent, accepted, rejected, withdrawn, and hired. They can also schedule interviews (in-person or remote) with automatic candidate notification, and use instant messaging with real-time notifications via Socket.io. Company verification via commercial registration number is available to earn a verification badge.

The platform offers over 34 job specialties including coaching, sports medicine, performance analysis, marketing, and media. It supports 5 contract types: permanent, seasonal, temporary, probation, and training. Candidates can use a quick-apply feature to apply with one click.
