The Target Jobs

The Target Jobs is a job website serving Ethiopia, linking job seekers with verified employers primarily in IT and Business fields. The platform lists over 500 active jobs across more than 15 categories, including Information Technology, Accountant & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Banking & Insurance, and others such as Law, Construction, and Logistics. Job seekers can apply directly without creating an account, or optionally create a free profile to track applications and receive job alerts.

Employers must register their company and submit business documents; the platform uses AI to verify listings. A free Basic plan allows one active job post with standard search placement and no credit card required. Paid plans include Starter (4,500 ETB/year for 10 posts), Professional (9,000 ETB/year for 25 posts with priority placement, branded company page, and dedicated account manager), and Enterprise (30,000 ETB/year for large organisations). Employers can access an applicant dashboard to review CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
