Tip Onderwijs is a Dutch platform founded in 2017 that focuses on placing education professionals in primary schools. It works with hundreds of primary schools across the Netherlands and targets side-entrants, re-entrants, and professionals seeking a new challenge. The platform offers a broad range of online courses for professional development, including pedagogical and didactic skills, as well as side-entry trajectories.

Each education professional receives a personal growth plan and a fixed education coordinator. Tip Onderwijs applies the 'inlenersbeloning' (temporary agency worker remuneration), meaning professionals receive the same salary and allowances as permanent staff in similar roles. Schools can take over an education professional free of charge after an average of one school year. Candidates who do not see a suitable vacancy can submit an open application, and schools can use a contact form to request tailored information about hiring.
