The platform also provides interview preparation, including likely questions and how to answer them, as well as advice on negotiating pay rises. CVs can be optimized for automated screening systems (ATS) so a real person sees them.

TouchUp rewrites every job advert as a short summary, separating essential requirements from nice-to-haves. It also lists gaps in adverts—such as pay, contract length, and who you report to—and provides questions to ask employers on the first call. Additionally, the platform offers a service to check job contracts against Kenyan law.
