Ukraine2Work is a non-profit organization that bridges Ukrainian professionals with employers across the Netherlands. The platform is free for Ukrainian job seekers and uses AI technology combined with personal guidance to match candidates based on soft skills, hard skills, and work experience. It is available in Dutch, English, and Ukrainian to facilitate clear communication.

Employers can use the platform for a fee that is flexible and tailored to their needs. An Early Adopter Deal is available for employers in the Eindhoven region with a one-time participation fee of €750. Before a Ukrainian refugee can start working, employers must report to the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency), after which the candidate can start within two business days. The temporary protection for Ukrainian refugees has been extended until March 4, 2026, allowing continued work in the Netherlands.

The platform provides resources for cultural integration and language barriers in the workplace. It has partnerships with organizations including 8vance, Kleurrijker, NederlandWerkt, SkillsAPK, and Metaverse Solutions.
