Uruguay Concursa

Uruguay Concursa is the official portal of the National Office of the Civil Service (ONSC) that centralizes all public job calls in the Uruguayan state. It provides a single window to find all state job calls, digital registration and application, and real-time tracking of each stage and result. Not all calls are managed by the portal itself; some are managed by the organizations, but all are published on the portal. The publication period for any call is 15 calendar days from the public call by the organization.

The homepage displays recent job calls with details such as title, organization, location, closing date, type of appointment, and job category. Search filters include quota law categories for Afro-descendants, persons with disabilities, Trans persons, and victims of violent crimes, as well as department filters covering all 19 Uruguayan departments plus several regions. Personal data is stored and regulated by Law No. 18.331 on Personal Data Protection, and applications are confidential, accessible only by accredited ONSC staff and designated tribunal members.
