UstaadSearch is a free education recruitment marketplace for Pakistan. Teachers and tutors build a profile once and use it to apply to school and college jobs, or to take on tutoring gigs. The platform does not charge for job posts, tutor job posts, or applications. Every job, tutor listing, and profile is based in Pakistan — covering school jobs, tuition gigs, and everything in between.

You can search jobs and teacher profiles in plain language using AI-assisted search, and get recommendations matched by subject, city, and experience. Alternatively, use manual search with filters for country, city, area, subjects, grades/classes, job mode (online/onsite/hybrid), job type (full-time/part-time/contract/substitute), shift, gender requirement, and monthly salary range in PKR. Job listings display salary in PKR per month. You can also filter by verified institution posts only, and sort results by newest, salary (high to low), fewest proposals, or best match.

Once you connect with an employer or tutor, coordination of interview and hiring details is done directly over WhatsApp — there is no in-app messaging. Teachers and institutions can build a public reputation through reviews left by people who actually worked with them.
