Employers can publish a job advertisement for free after email verification. Free basic ads are guaranteed 14 days of display on the website, but they appear below promoted advertisements and are not actively supported by advertising on social networks or LinkedIn. Promoted (paid) ads are placed in prominent positions on the website, on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in newsletters. Employers can change the content of their advertisement at any time during its validity and can see how many people viewed their ad in the advertisement management section.

Job seekers contact employers by email; telephone contact is not required. Employers can optionally provide a target page of their institution with details on how to apply for the selection procedure. After 14 days, only unpaid advertisements that appear clearly outdated are removed, or those removed by the advertiser.
