Wall Street Careers is a job board focused on finance and investment positions, serving clients such as investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers, and other financial sectors. Founded in 2001 by Steven Fleming and Oren Gold, the platform offers paid job post plans that include syndication to Google Jobs and a branded company profile and logo. Employers can also use a built-in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with applicant status management, direct messaging, filtering, and internal notes.

Beyond job postings, the platform provides retained search services for C-suite and VP/MD roles across buy-side, sell-side, and fintech, as well as interim consulting in operations, accounting, risk, compliance, HR, and technology. Additional services include outsourced CFO/COO/CTO, succession planning, and outplacement. In 2025, Wall Street Careers launched a buy-side talent marketplace, job aggregator, and candidate database.
