Wazifny Now is a Jordanian job platform currently in beta. It serves job seekers in Jordan and employers who want to reach them. The platform uses AI to read your resume, extract your experience, skills, and specialization, then match it against posted jobs, displaying a compatibility percentage and the reason for each recommendation. You can upload a resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format up to 10 MB. The platform does not charge job seekers any fees.

Job ads are organized into clear fields such as job title, city, employment type, experience level, and application method. The platform detects duplicate ads and handles them to avoid scattering, and applies automatic expiry rules so closed ads are marked rather than shown as available. Jobs are classified into categories and cities for specialized pages and faster browsing. Aggregate market insights, such as the number of available jobs in a specific field or city, are calculated directly from currently posted jobs.

You can filter jobs by category, city, employment type, work nature, experience level, gender, salary range, featured jobs, and urgent jobs. Example categories include Education, Sales, and Engineering. Example cities include Amman, Zarqa, and Irbid. Employers can post jobs by contacting the platform via WhatsApp. The AI organizes job ads without adding information not present in the original ad.
