Registration, profile creation, and applying to all jobs are free. To apply, users swipe right on job cards or click 'Apply Now' on the job page. The platform hides phone numbers by default, revealing them only when a serious employer chooses to open contact data.

Employers can post a job for free in under two minutes by specifying the job title, location, and required experience. They pay only when they decide to open a candidate's contact information. The platform uses AI matching to show employers the top 5 candidates for a job. Employers can browse candidate profiles without seeing names or phone numbers to avoid bias.

Job seekers can set a minimum acceptable salary and toggle their availability status. The platform offers two-factor authentication and secure linking for each phone number. Some job listings display salary ranges in Syrian pounds (SYP). A mobile application is available for download. Waziftie does not guarantee job acceptance, employment, or specific career outcomes.
