WerkMetTalent is a Dutch job platform that focuses on connecting employers and job seekers based on shared Christian values. It has been online for more than 10 years and is owned by ECM dialoog, an organizational advisory firm. The team consists of eight colleagues and has offices in Nunspeet and Genemuiden.

For job seekers, the platform offers personal advice and guidance throughout the job search process, whether they are looking for a next step, considering a career switch, or searching for new opportunities. The platform lists vacancies across diverse sectors and fields, and also has access to jobs that are not publicly listed but arise after a conversation with a potential employer. For employers, WerkMetTalent provides recruitment and strategic HR services, from direct hiring to structural strategic choices. It also offers a digital newsletter with 90,000 recipients for job promotion, organizes a Christian career event, and publishes a vacancy magazine called Werkblad.
