Work-Net (워크넷) is a South Korean public job search and employment support platform. It lists public and policy jobs such as public work, social service, public institution recruitment, and fixed-term positions, alongside private sector job postings organized by region—for example, 9,241 jobs in Seoul and 7,632 in Gyeonggi. The platform also provides information on government employment support programs including the Naeil Baeum Card, National Employment Support System, unemployment benefits, and youth employment support.

Job seekers can use free vocational aptitude tests without logging in, such as the Holland interest test, work values test, aptitude test, and youth career test. A quick job recommendation feature asks four questions about interest, work environment, career, and desired salary, then suggests suitable job types—also without requiring login. For each occupation, detailed pages show average salary, required skills, and related certifications; for example, web developer lists an average monthly salary of 380만 KRW, skills like HTML/CSS and React, and certifications like 정보처리기사.

The platform categorizes jobs into 24 occupational groups based on the KECO classification, with salary ranges and job counts for each. It also lists government-funded training courses tied to specific jobs, such as a full-stack web development bootcamp in Incheon Namdong-gu with free tuition via the Naeil Baeum Card. A company introduction page exists but contains placeholder text and banner advertisements.
