Worka Africa

Worka Africa serves job seekers and employers across Africa and the diaspora. It provides tools such as AI-powered CV creation, smart job matching, interview preparation, and hiring tools. A notable feature is auto-apply, which automatically submits applications for matched jobs, saving time on manual applications.

Job seekers can filter openings by category, employment type (e.g., Full Time, Part Time, Remote, Internship), job level (e.g., Entry level, Senior level, Manager), and salary range (Paid or Unpaid, with min/max). Jobs can be sorted by Trending, Newest First, or Salary (High to Low or Low to High). The platform also offers ATS Checks that analyze resumes against job descriptions to show match scores and improvement suggestions.

Employers can post jobs and use AI matching to surface top applicants. Payment is accepted via Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN). For job seekers, Daily passes are one-time payments with no auto-renewal; new time is added to the current pass when purchased. Monthly plans (Basic and Premium) are subscriptions that can be cancelled from billing settings.
