Workmatch serves three groups on one platform: job seekers, recruiters, and companies. Job seekers can upload a CV or answer nine questions to create a profile. Each role shows a match percentage with an explanation, and new roles are matched against the profile daily without active searching. Applying uses the existing profile—no need to fill out new forms.

Recruiters see the fixed fee for an assignment before starting work. There is no subscription; payment occurs only upon hiring. Workmatch handles contracts, invoicing, and payment. Companies see candidates ranked by match score, not application order, with experience, location, and match percentage visible directly. They can invite candidates to interview with one click.

Companies post roles with a fixed fee, and independent recruiters compete to deliver the right candidate first. Workmatch takes a share of the recruiter's fee upon successful hiring. The platform includes an AI assistant named Merlin that answers questions in Swedish, providing different information based on user role permissions. Getting started requires no binding period, startup fee, or exclusivity.
