Worky

Worky is a job platform focused on short-term, flexible, and part-time work in Taiwan. Workers register by downloading the app and providing a phone number. The platform uses AI to match workers to jobs based on their preferences, and applications do not require an interview or resume—workers can apply with one tap and communicate within the app.

Salary is paid automatically every two weeks directly into the worker's account. The platform includes a mutual rating system where workers and employers rate each other, helping both sides assess reliability. Job categories include food service, retail, warehouse/logistics, and events.

For employers, there are no registration or listing fees, but a 20% platform fee is charged on the worker's wages. Employers must post wages that meet or exceed Taiwan's legal minimum wage. Worky also offers a managed service with dedicated support for employers.
