Young Financials is a Dutch job platform that has been active in the financial sector for over 20 years. It guides starters and young professionals toward positions within the top of the Dutch financial sector, and also connects national and international financial talent with such roles. The platform specializes in vacancies in finance, risk, data, investments, audit, and beyond. More than 90 percent of its vacancies are filled by candidates with a university background.

The platform offers a competitive salary of at least €3,350 gross per month including 8.33% holiday allowance. It provides training and courses that align with the job function, such as CFA, CMA, or FRM alongside work. Candidates also receive intensive personal guidance, including interview preparation and information about the function, organization, and work environment.

For employers, Young Financials uses a detachering model for starters: they are employed by Young Financials for the first year, after which the client can hire them directly at no cost. For experienced professionals, a Werving & Selectie formula is used, where professionals come directly into the service of the client. The platform aims to place candidates within 2-6 weeks.
