Data use & attribution
Using our data? Credit JobSiteDir and link to the source so readers can check the original record.
How to cite a source
For an individual website, link to its JobSiteDir profile. For a dataset or summary, link to the dataset or our homepage. Keep source links in redistributed files and identify the release or access date. Explain any changes, filters or calculations you make.
Example: Source: JobSiteDir — replace this homepage link with the relevant profile or dataset link when available.
Which uses are allowed?
Our public GitHub dataset and documentation use CC BY-NC 4.0. Follow the license, retain attribution and license information, and indicate changes. Commercial use of that licensed material requires separate permission. Website downloads and full profiles remain subject to our terms of use; a source link alone does not grant bulk redistribution or resale rights.
Read CC BY-NC 4.0. Its reasonable attribution rules and applicable legal exceptions remain unchanged.
Website screenshots and third-party content
Third-party websites, trademarks, logos and content visible in screenshots belong to their respective owners and are excluded from our data license. “Captured by JobSiteDir.” identifies our capture work; it does not claim ownership of the pictured website or imply endorsement.
