Overview

FreelancerViet serves employers and job seekers in Vietnam, offering separate listings for full-time and freelance positions. Employers can post vacancies for both types of roles, while job seekers can create profiles to find work. The platform claims a nationwide network of referrers who source candidates, and all profiles are screened before being sent to employers.

Key tools for employers include online interview scheduling to reduce cancellations, contract management with milestones, real-time chat, and file sharing. For freelance projects, escrow payment protection holds funds until work is approved. The platform also offers a 2-month recruitment warranty for full-time hires and states that employers can receive quotes within 2 hours of posting a job.

Job seekers can browse freelance and full-time jobs on separate pages. The platform also has a referral program where referrers earn rewards for introducing candidates. Contact support is available via phone and email.
