Nacaya

Nacaya is a Philippine jobs platform that connects employers with skilled professionals in the Philippines. It was started in December 2025 and built in Davao Oriental. The platform is free for job seekers and employers during a promotion period, with no credit card required. Job seekers are never charged for applications, profile, resume, or messaging; it is free and unmetered always.

Employers can publish job openings on external websites via iframe embed, JS widget, RSS, JSON, or a WordPress plugin. Candidates are scored on a published formula including skills, experience, education, location, and salary, with visible match scores. Employers and candidates can communicate via direct messaging within company workspaces. The platform includes a desktop time tracker for Windows, macOS, and Linux that works offline and syncs when reconnected.

Nacaya does not take a commission on hires; the salary is between the employer and the hired person. To publish a job post, employers must confirm their email address and pass a face liveness check; this is free and required once. Fair-use limits per company include 5 GB of storage, 25 MB per individual file, and 50 AI job drafts per month; reaching a limit pauses uploads or drafts until space is cleared or the month rolls over.
