Overview
OnlineJobSriLanka is a job platform designed for Sri Lankan freelancers and clients seeking remote work. Freelancers must verify their identity using their Sri Lanka NIC, and the platform supports payments in both LKR and USD via PayHere, Payoneer, and Wise. An escrow system holds funds until work is approved, protecting both parties. The site is available in Sinhala and English, and users can receive job alerts through WhatsApp.
Freelancers can create a profile and start earning for free, with no setup fee. Clients can post a job for free, with an optional featured listing for LKR 1,990 per month to boost visibility. Jobs can be posted as Remote, On-site, or Hybrid, and as Freelance, Contract, Part-time, or Full-time. Listed jobs show salary ranges in LKR or USD, along with required skills and applicant counts.
The platform provides a help section covering Getting Started, For Freelancers, For Clients, Payments, and Account & Security. Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Sri Lanka time.
