Reach Hire

Reach Hire is a job board focused exclusively on paid positions in Alberta’s nonprofit sector. It is owned and operated by the Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations (CCVO). All postings must be for paid roles—volunteer positions are not accepted. Government or private-sector jobs may appear only if the hire will work primarily with the nonprofit sector.

Job seekers can filter listings by work location (hybrid, remote, onsite), salary, position type, category, company, required experience, and required education. Categories include Arts and Culture, Development and Housing, Education and Research, Environment and Animal Welfare, Faith Based, Fundraising and Volunteerism, Health, International, Law Advocacy and Politics, Social Services, and Sports and Recreation. Users can also sign up for job alerts based on selected categories and position types. Some listings show salary ranges, such as CAD 43,200–54,000 yearly.

Employers can post a Basic 30-day listing for $180 (non-members) or $90 for CCVO members. The Basic package includes an employer profile page, search engine and mobile optimization, an integrated applicant tracking system, and candidate database access. The homepage features a 'Featured Employers' section with logos and links to their pages.
