建LABO.ジャパン

Tatelabo is a job and recruitment platform focused on Japan's construction industry. It serves both companies looking to hire or find subcontractors, and individuals seeking construction jobs. The site covers all major Japanese regions including Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa, and overseas.

Users can search by area, industry, and keyword. Industry categories include renovation, civil engineering, roofing, painting, carpentry, plastering, and plant-related work. Filters allow users to specify whether they are looking for subcontractor recruitment, prime contractor recruitment, or job recruitment. Additional filters include no academic background required, beginners welcome, and experienced candidates preferred.

Companies can register as members to publish their information, including location, introduction, and images. Registration requires email verification. The platform supports three main search tabs: finding work request destinations, finding partner companies, and finding job openings. Contact with companies is made directly through the company's own website, not through the platform.
