Overview
Wyndy is a platform that links families and churches to babysitters and nannies who are students at Wyndy-approved higher education institutions. Each sitter completes an online application, interview, and background check, and their college enrollment is verified. The platform also performs daily account audits to review sitter performance and parent experiences.
Wyndy provides a babysitter pay calculator that estimates hourly, weekly, and monthly costs anywhere in the United States. Both sitters and parents can rate one another, and the service is available as a mobile app. Wyndy was founded by Ginger Mayfield and Tommy Mayfield, both Vanderbilt University alumni.
