It serves job seekers, companies recruiting remote employees, teams seeking outsourcing or project collaboration, and individuals wanting location-independent work. The platform covers specialties such as frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, UI/UX design, product, operations, AI engineering, and content creation.

Job seekers use the platform completely free of charge. They can filter positions by technology category and tags, and by work nature such as fully remote or hybrid.
