About this websiteThe National Labor Exchange (NLx) is a nonprofit, public-private partnership between DirectEmployers Association and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), operating the only national online labor exchange system in the United States. It aggregates and distributes over 3 million real, non-duplicate job postings daily from corporate career sites, state job banks, and federal government sources—including USAJobs—directly to job seekers without intermediaries.
