OneCareer is a job search and recruitment service for new graduates in Japan. It provides job postings for internships and full-time selection processes, a scouting feature for employers to directly approach students, and a recruitment planning tool that visualizes competitor selection schedules and student reviews. The platform claims that approximately 95% of students from certain top universities (excluding Tokyo and Kyoto) are registered, and it has been used by over 7,000 companies.

Employers can also use offline events such as information sessions and roundtable discussions, online events and video services, a success-fee-based new graduate referral service, and an applicant tracking system (ATS) for managing recruitment operations. Services are tailored to different company sizes based on the number of new graduate hires: 10 or fewer, 11-50, and 51 or more. The platform offers a contact form for inquiries and a service introduction document download, with service starting as soon as 6 business days after inquiry. Post-implementation support includes guides, a help center, trend reports, chat support, seminars, and review sessions.
